Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:
- The product is defective, damaged, or faulty upon arrival.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is significantly different from its description on our website.
Conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
- Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products.
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
Return Process:

Email us at support@sambrosz.comĀ within the return period stating your order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence (if applicable). - Approval
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization code. - Shipping Back
You must ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
- For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Refund
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 7ā10 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
- Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable except in the case of defective or incorrect products.
Exchanges
We can exchange an item only if:
- The item you received is defective or incorrect.
- The replacement is available in stock.
Damaged or Missing Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
- We will investigate and arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
International Returns
- International customers must ensure the return is shipped with prepaid duties and taxes.
- We are not responsible for customs fees on returned items.
